The Role

• Provide professional and compassionate direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to address individual needs and concerns, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Manage and maintain accurate documentation of resident care, medications, and treatment.
• Ensure adequate stock and availability of essential medical supplies and equipment.
• Mentor and support new team members, trainees, and interns to foster a cohesive and skilled workforce.

What You'll Need

• Qualification as a registered nurse (e.g., state-certified geriatric nurse, general nurse, pediatric nurse).
• Prior professional experience in nursing is preferred.
• A strong aptitude for teamwork and collaborative work environments.
• Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to care.
• Proactive and innovative mindset to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
