Training Manager

Securitas is seeking a Training Manager to lead security training programs that build skilled, professional protective services teams. This role designs, delivers, and evaluates training for security officers and supervisors, focusing on safety, compliance, client service, and use of security technology. The Training Manager develops curricula, coordinates certifications, tracks training records, and partners with operations leaders to address site-specific needs. This position supports a mission-driven, integrity-based culture and offers growth through expanding programs, mentoring trainers, and shaping company-wide training standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and update security and safety training curricula for officers and supervisors
• Deliver instructor-led and blended learning sessions across sites and clients
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
• Ensure training compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and track certifications and training records in learning systems
• Partner with operations leaders to identify training needs and close skill gaps
• Develop and coach field trainers and subject-matter instructors
• Integrate security technology, procedures, and customer service into programs
• Support onboarding and ongoing development pathways for security personnel
• Contribute to a culture of integrity, vigilance, and professionalism
