Job Description

Accreditation Coordinator

Working for Cricket Australia means becoming part of Australia's proud history and helping shape the future of the game.

About the Role

The Accreditation Coordinator is a fixed term position until the end of March 2027 that plays a pivotal role in delivering accreditation outcomes for International Cricket, WBBL/BBL, and professional domestic competitions. You will work closely with the Accreditation Lead to plan and deliver accreditation operations, support key stakeholders, coordinate match day activities, and ensure accreditation processes run smoothly across the country.

  • Support the delivery of the strategic accreditation program across International Cricket, WBBL/BBL, and professional domestic competitions.
  • Collaborate with the Accreditation Lead to plan, coordinate and deliver accreditation activities, including interstate travel and match attendance as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including broadcasters, media, commercial partners, venues, contractors and State Associations.
  • Manage accreditation administration, including stakeholder enquiries, application processing, accreditation reporting and support for the accreditation vetting process.
  • Support match day operations through stock management, training and coordination of casual Accreditation Assistants, and provide onsite accreditation support throughout the season.
Who we are looking for
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent time management and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer focused approach and the confidence to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and remain calm, adaptable and solutions focused in a fast paced environment.
  • Advanced computer literacy and confidence using online systems and software platforms to manage data and administrative processes.
  • A high level of discretion and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • A willingness to travel interstate as required; previous accreditation experience is advantageous but not essential.
What's in it for you
  • Additional week of leave at the end of the season.
  • Tickets to cricket events for you and your family.
  • A flexible working environment, including remote work where appropriate.
  • Discounts from partners such as ASICS and salary packaging options.
  • A multitude of leave types, including paid parental leave and volunteer leave.
