About the RoleThe Accreditation Coordinator is a fixed term position until the end of March 2027 that plays a pivotal role in delivering accreditation outcomes for International Cricket, WBBL/BBL, and professional domestic competitions. You will work closely with the Accreditation Lead to plan and deliver accreditation operations, support key stakeholders, coordinate match day activities, and ensure accreditation processes run smoothly across the country.
- Support the delivery of the strategic accreditation program across International Cricket, WBBL/BBL, and professional domestic competitions.
- Collaborate with the Accreditation Lead to plan, coordinate and deliver accreditation activities, including interstate travel and match attendance as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including broadcasters, media, commercial partners, venues, contractors and State Associations.
- Manage accreditation administration, including stakeholder enquiries, application processing, accreditation reporting and support for the accreditation vetting process.
- Support match day operations through stock management, training and coordination of casual Accreditation Assistants, and provide onsite accreditation support throughout the season.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent time management and exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer focused approach and the confidence to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and remain calm, adaptable and solutions focused in a fast paced environment.
- Advanced computer literacy and confidence using online systems and software platforms to manage data and administrative processes.
- A high level of discretion and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- A willingness to travel interstate as required; previous accreditation experience is advantageous but not essential.
