The Role

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email within a call center setting.
• Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Proactively work with customers to resolve overdue payments and minimize portfolio aging.
• Meet departmental goals while efficiently multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with a team to reduce outstanding balances and minimize bad debt.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center experience or bookkeeping knowledge is beneficial.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
