Logistics & Supply Chain Program Analyst

Key Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree required; recent MBA or Master’s graduate, or 2–4 years of experience in a field that demands complex quantitative analysis
• Strong analytical instincts — comfortable turning unstructured data into clear, actionable outputs and solving problems creatively; proficiency in Excel or Numbers required, Tableau, SQL, or Python a plus
• Resourceful, self-directed, and organized — detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across all levels
• Able to build relationships, navigate matrixed organization, and move work forward through others
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for productivity and research a plus

General Responsibilities:

• Navigate ambiguous datasets across SCOPE team programs to answer business questions, identify opportunities to improve, and support decision making
• Translate findings into clear, structured outputs for stakeholders and program reviews and leadership presentations
• Contribute to project management tasks across teams including scheduling, documentation, and status tracking
• Manage own deliverables and workload within assigned initiatives with minimal direction
• Support ad hoc analytical needs and gaps across program tracks as they arise
