Supply Chain Business Analyst

Role: Supply Chain Business Analyst 
Location: Warren, MI -  On-site 4 days/week
Duration: Contract

The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, with strong experience in supply chain processes and mainframe-supported applications.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Business Analyst / Systems Analyst experience in enterprise IT environments
• Experience with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory, Order Management, Fulfillment, or Returns
• Hands-on experience working with mainframe environments
• Knowledge of COBOL, JCL, IBM DB2, IMS, batch processing, and file-based integrations
• Strong requirements gathering, functional documentation, process analysis, and solution design skills
• Experience with production support, incident triage, RCA, testing, UAT, and release management
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business, development, QA, and support teams
