Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to provide technical leadership across multiple AI-enabled software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with strong full-stack development, cloud, architecture, and DevOps experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across multiple AI-driven development workstreams.
• Lead solution design, development standards, code reviews, and technical assessments.
• Build scalable and secure full-stack applications and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Architecture, Risk, and business teams.
• Support CI/CD, deployments, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, documentation, and release standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of technical issues.
• Mentor development teams and promote engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 7–10+ years of software development experience, including senior/lead experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with C#, Python, JavaScript, Angular, and React.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API, Node.js, or Flask.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of OOAD, SOLID principles, secure coding, and automated testing.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting AI-enabled applications.
• Experience with enterprise-scale software solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and DevOps practices.
