Position Description
The Front-End Software Engineer 3 is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the client-side of enterprise web applications and responsive mobile experiences. This role focuses on delivering intuitive, user-centric interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences while adhering to enterprise architecture, branding, accessibility, and development standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business use cases, pain points, and requirements, advocating for user-centric software solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable front-end solutions using modern programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Align development efforts with established architecture standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, back-end developers, architects, and other cross-functional team members.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize new features and support user interface design reviews.
• Participate in product demonstrations and provide technical input on user experience enhancements.
• Develop and execute functional automated testing and UI testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Continuously improve application performance through bug fixes, code optimization, and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Apply front-end development best practices, including:
  • Cross-browser compatibility testing
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles
  • Accessibility standards and compliance
• Design and deliver user-friendly, interactive experiences that align with enterprise branding standards and templates.
• Develop applications using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in front-end development and user interface design.

Required Experience

• 6+ years of overall IT experience
• 4+ years of software development experience
• Practical experience in at least two programming languages, or advanced proficiency in one programming language
• 4+ years of experience with:
  • React
  • Next.js
  • Playwright
• Minimum 6 months of experience utilizing AI Copilot tools in software development workflows

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within Monorepo environments
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Education Required

• Bachelor's Degree
