Job Description

Hunter Douglas seeks a Senior IT ERP Analyst to own and enhance our Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in a complex manufacturing environment. You will lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and support for ERP OTC modules, ensuring accurate orders, pricing, billing, and shipping. Partnering with operations, finance, and sales, you'll streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and drive continuous improvement. The role combines hands-on ERP expertise, strong business acumen, and a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction in a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis, configuration, and support of ERP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes for manufacturing operations
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
  • Design, test, and deploy enhancements, integrations, and workflows to optimize OTC and related modules
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution with IT and vendors
  • Develop and maintain documentation, process maps, and user guides for OTC processes
  • Support data integrity, master data standards, and reporting related to orders, pricing, billing, and shipping
  • Train and support end users, providing expertise on best practices and new ERP capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, customer service) to improve end-to-end order flows
  • Contribute to ERP roadmap, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure ERP changes comply with internal controls, quality standards, and audit requirements
