Job Description

Papiertechnologe | Wörth am Rhein, Germany | Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of a leading European paper industry company, recognized for its commitment to sustainability and innovation, utilizing 100% recycled paper. This well-established, family-owned business offers secure, future-oriented employment within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Role

  • Operate and monitor plant equipment both on-site and from the control center.
  • Start up and shut down the paper machine, and manage paper web breaks.
  • Perform fabric changes and guide assigned personnel.
  • Clean equipment components and change doctor blades.
  • Adjust and verify paper web tension.
  • Monitor quality parameters using control systems and laboratory data.

What You'll Need

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a Paper Technologist or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience as a Paper Technologist is desirable.
  • Demonstrated independence, initiative, flexibility, and resilience.
