• *The Role**
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from staff, acting as a liaison with central IT.
• Provide efficient user support for hardware and software issues, utilizing a ticketing system for prompt and sustainable resolution.
• Independently administer servers, manage and maintain the network infrastructure, and ensure smooth IT operations.
• Execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, including peripherals, and manage relocations and rollouts according to established standards.
• Coordinate IT projects and conduct training sessions for employees.

• *What You'll Need**
• Completed IT-related vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable degree.
• Prior experience in system administration, specifically with Microsoft Windows Server (2016 and newer), terminal server environments, backup solutions, and various network components.
• Proficient administration of current Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11); knowledge of VMware vSphere and PowerShell is advantageous.
• High self-motivation, flexibility, strong service orientation, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to participate in IT on-call duty, interest in medical technologies, and strong German language proficiency.
