The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail locations, trade shows, and community events.
• Engage with potential customers to generate interest in high-quality home improvement products.
• Convert conversations into qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultations.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays.
• Connect with a diverse range of people in social and retail settings.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation to travel to various appointment locations.
• A naturally outgoing and personable demeanor, comfortable initiating conversations.
• Resilience and confidence in handling customer interactions.
• Enthusiasm for helping customers and making a positive first impression.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Smartphone and minimum 15 hours per week availability.
