We are looking for a passionate Special Needs Learning Mentor to support SEN students in Wandsworth. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, providing emotional and academic guidance to help children succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for SEN students, focusing on both emotional and academic development.
• Collaborate with teachers to create and implement individualized support plans.
• Help students develop essential skills and boost their confidence.
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to mentoring.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• DBS check required.
