The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science.
• Support pupils from KS1 - KS5 with SEND and SEMH needs, including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with local authorities and schools to support disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with special educational needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching core subjects: English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS (assistance provided if needed) and 2 professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
