The Role

• Travel to customer locations (driveways, car parks) to perform vehicle maintenance and diagnostics.
• Conduct a variety of services including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on light vehicles.
• Manage own stock, complete reporting, and maintain customer communication.
• Act as a representative of the company's brand at customer sites, providing advice and excellent service.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment with varied daily tasks and challenges.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicle models.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
