The Role

• Organize and structure the daily hospital routine, supporting planning and coordination for a smooth workflow.
• Conduct co-therapeutic sessions, picking up on and deepening topics from individual or group therapies.
• Provide first-line intervention in acute situations, offering competent support to ensure stability and safety.
• Lead therapy groups focused on areas such as relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, or skill training.
• Offer therapeutic support during meals for patients with eating disorders, aiding them in developing a healthy relationship with food.
• Work within a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care and support.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Educator or Heilpädagoge (m/w/d).
• Ideally, experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or in residential group care for individuals.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork capabilities, and a genuine passion for working with patients.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their caregivers.
• A curious mindset with an interest in continuous professional development.
