HVAC Project Manager Birmingham<br /> £50,000 - £60,000<br /> Full-time, Permanent We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of projects from design through to commissioning and handover.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical/HVAC background who is confident managing clients, subcontractors, budgets and project delivery.

The Role Manage HVAC projects from design through to completion<br />Plan programmes, resources and project deliverables<br />Manage subcontractors and installation teams<br />Oversee quality, health &amp; safety and technical compliance<br />Manage project budgets, costs and variations<br />Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers and senior management<br />Identify and manage project risks and resolve technical issues<br />Manage commissioning, handover and project documentation About You Strong HVAC / mechanical engineering background<br />Previous HVAC project management experience<br />Good understanding of HVAC installation requirements and systems<br />Confident managing subcontractors and client relationships<br />Strong communication and organisational skills<br />Competent with Microsoft Office<br />Degree in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC or relevant vocational qualification and significant experience Desirable SMSTS / SSSTS<br />NEBOSH or equivalent<br />AutoCAD experienceFor more information please contact: (url removed) INDGLO
