Job Description

Hunter Douglas seeks a Senior IT ERP Analyst to own the OTC (order-to-cash) stream within our manufacturing ERP landscape. In this role, you'll partner with operations, finance, and sales to design and optimize ERP processes that support custom window treatment production and delivery. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and user training. You'll help drive data integrity, streamline cross-functional workflows, and enable smart, efficient, customer-focused operations in a collaborative, craftsmanship-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead OTC-focused ERP configuration, enhancements, and support for manufacturing operations
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze order-to-cash processes and translate needs into ERP solutions
  • Design, document, and optimize workflows, integrations, and data flows within the ERP ecosystem
  • Manage testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for ERP incidents and enhancements
  • Support ERP upgrades, patches, and rollout of new functionality with strong change management
  • Develop functional specs and collaborate with developers and vendors on technical solutions
  • Create and maintain ERP documentation, SOPs, and process maps
  • Provide user training, guidance, and second/third-level ERP support
  • Monitor data integrity, performance, and compliance with internal controls in OTC modules
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of global OTC and manufacturing processes
