Oracle HCM Engineer / Hybrid / Phoenix, AZ

This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity in Pheonix, AZ with a global financial services organization supporting enterprise HR technology initiatives that impact employees across multiple regions and business groups. The role focuses on Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning modules, while working within a modern enterprise environment that emphasizes security, scalability, integrations, and continuous platform improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Oracle HCM professional looking to expand their impact within a large-scale enterprise environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance critical employee experience platforms, configure and optimize Oracle Cloud solutions, and support global HR operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Oracle HCM experience, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and wants exposure to enterprise-grade systems, security practices, and ongoing cloud transformation initiatives. Required Skills & Experience

• Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HCM) configuration and administration
• Experience with Talent, Learning, or Recruiting modules
• HCM quarterly patch impact analysis and validation
• Oracle Journey, workflow, and notification development
• Multi-region Oracle HCM implementation and support

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Redwood UI migrations
• Knowledge of VBS and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Oracle HCM security provisioning and administration
• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and CRPs
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
