Position Overview
The State of Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking a Programmer Analyst IV to support the administration and customization of its Collibra Data Catalog platform.
This role focuses on customizing the Collibra platform based on business requirements, developing workflows, integrating cloud applications with enterprise data sources, and supporting platform administration. The ideal candidate will have strong Java and Groovy development experience along with a background in data governance and workflow automation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of user interface customization and optimization
- 5+ years of Java and Groovy programming experience
- 5+ years of workflow and business process mapping
- 5+ years of data governance or data management experience
- Experience configuring and supporting APIs
- Experience administering enterprise applications and user access
- Experience working with JavaScript and Java APIs
- Experience with Eclipse IDE
Preferred Qualifications
- Python development experience
- Experience with Collibra
- Experience with Flowable BPMN or Activiti
- Understanding of metadata management and data governance concepts
Responsibilities
- Customize and administer the Collibra platform
- Develop and maintain workflows based on business requirements
- Configure APIs and integrations with enterprise data sources
- Manage platform users, roles, and assets
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business processes into technical workflows
- Support automation and data integration initiatives
- Maintain and enhance the enterprise data catalog

Work Requirements
- Must be physically located in the United States.
- Wisconsin residents are strongly preferred. Candidates willing to relocate to Wisconsin within 30 days of the start date will also be considered.
- Position is 90-100% remote, but occasional onsite attendance may be required with advance notice.
- Candidate must work during Central Time business hours.
- Candidate must provide their own computer and internet meeting DCF hardware requirements.
Interview Process

- Three professional business references required (including one supervisor)
