Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) with strong Full Stack Development expertise and hands-on experience with GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate will help enterprise teams accelerate software delivery by integrating and deploying AI-powered developer tools into the SDLC while enabling business teams to maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered applications using Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor.
  • Integrate AI developer tools into enterprise CI/CD pipelines and SDLC workflows.
  • Collaborate with Line of Business (LOB) teams to accelerate product development and delivery.
  • Drive enterprise adoption of GenAI tools through onboarding, training, and technical enablement.
  • Establish best practices for prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI-assisted development.
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI tool performance and usage.
  • Provide hands-on support for deployment, scaling, and performance tuning of GenAI solutions.
Required Technical Skills
  • Strong experience in Full Stack Development.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Java
    • Python
    • React or Angular
    • TypeScript
  • Experience building Microservices and Distributed Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern developer tooling.
  • Cloud experience with OpenShift (OCP) or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Must-Have GenAI Skills
Candidates should have practical experience with:
  • Devin AI
  • Claude (Anthropic Models)
  • Cursor AI (or GitHub Copilot equivalent)
Strong understanding of:
  • Prompt Engineering
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Agent-based workflows
  • Multi-Agent Architectures
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • Agentic AI services, orchestration, tool chaining, and autonomous workflows
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience deploying enterprise GenAI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance and enterprise compliance.
  • Experience enabling engineering teams through AI adoption initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced enterprise environments.
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional and business teams.
  • Passion for driving engineering productivity through GenAI.
Candidate Requirements
  • Local to Charlotte, NC only
  • Must be available to work onsite
  • Final in-person interview is mandatory
  • Experience with Forward Deployment and GenAI implementation is highly preferred.
