Location: San Jose, CA and Austin, TX (Hybrid 3 days Onsite)

Job Summary:
- Good understanding of DFT fundamentals and methodology
- Experience with DFT insertion and verification
- Experience with Tessent tools:

- Tessent TestKompress Ap SW
