SAP Instructional Designer

Position: SAP Instructional Designer
Location: Remote with travel to CA for meetings as needed

SAP Enable Now
• Extensive SAP experience in various modules and best practice knowledge on S4/HANA
•Hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now is preferred; experience with WalkMe, Whatfix, Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel is desirable
• Proven experience developing effective S4 /HANA training materials using a variety of tools, including WalkMe, EnableNow, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Previous BPP/Work Instruction, Exercise and Content Development experience.
• Training Data creation for end-user training client
• SAP Training Data creation for end-user training client
A certification in instructional design or SAP Enable Now is added advantage
•5–10 years of exp in training content development, instructional design, technical writing or SAP learning enablement
•Experience supporting SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade or S/4HANA transformation programs
•Experience developing training materials for business users, super users, trainers or support teams
•Hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now is preferred; experience with WalkMe, Whatfix, Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel is desirable
•Experience working with global or multi-country teams, including offshore & client-facing delivery models
•Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines & evolving requirements
