Hybrid Work
HCVT currently offers a hybrid work model that allows eligible employees to work both remotely and in the office, based on business needs and team coordination. As our Manager / Senior Manager of HR Compliance & Employee Relations, you will serve as the firm’s subject matter expert and day-to-day leader for employment compliance and employee relations.

You will lead the firm’s HR employment compliance program across all operating states, with particular depth in California’s complex and evolving employment environment, while serving as a trusted advisor and coach to firm leadership and performance managers on employee relations matters. You will also manage and develop assigned HR team member(s) and contribute to broader HR strategy and initiatives.
