Night Shift Delivery Operations Leader

Amazon Australia is seeking an Operations Shift Manager in Logistics to lead a team within a delivery station, driving safety, quality and performance to meet customer expectations.

You will guide cross-functional collaboration, ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of orders, and mentor hourly staff in a high-energy environment. The role requires adaptability to a 4 days on/3 days off pattern (Wed-Sat 2:30 am-12:30 pm) across a 7-day site operation.
