  • Collaborate with AI agent tools for claim prep, A/R aging analysis, and error-flag detection

  • Deliver weekly billing performance summaries to the client practice manager

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing standards (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT,HCPCS).

  • Maintain detailed records of billing activities and update patient billing information regularly.

Essential Skills

  • Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.

  • Familiarity with medical billing software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Strong problem-solving skills for resolving claim issues and payment discrepancies.

  • Effective communication skills for interacting with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients.
