Change Management Consultant/Organizational Development Consultant

Position : Organizational Development Consultant II

Location :  Dallas TX USA 75246 (Hybrid)

Duration :  6 + Months Contract 

Must be local to TX 

Hybrid Onsite 2 days a week

Key Success Factors

·      PROSCI certification is preferred or experience using change management frameworks.  Master's degree is preferred in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Management, Training and Performance Improvement, Organizational Development, or a related field.

·      Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

·      Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate assessments, application-usage data, adoption metrics, and stakeholder findings into clear, actionable recommendations and targeted collateral.

·      Experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives, including assessing impacts to roles, processes, systems, applications, and stakeholder groups.

·      Ability to understand application functionality and usage patterns, identify adoption barriers, and convert technical or operational changes into practical stakeholder communications and adoption collateral.

·      Experience developing executive-ready and end-user materials such as change impact summaries, presentations, FAQs, talking points, job aids, training content, and campaign communications. Expert with Microsoft products.
