ServiceNow ITSM Consultant (Onsite)

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow ITSM suite and prior experience working in the Utility domain (Electric, Gas, Water, Energy, or Power Utilities).

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong implementation and support experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules:
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Request Management
  • Service Catalog
  • Knowledge Management
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Service Catalog development.
• Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of CMDB and ITIL best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and platform customization.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Utility industry experience is required.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in one of the following locations:
  • Cincinnati, OH
  • Oakland, CA
  • Dallas, TX

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM certifications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to ITOM or CMDB is a plus.
