Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Pega Healthcare domain experience to work with business stakeholders, healthcare operations teams, and technical teams to analyze business requirements and support the implementation and enhancement of Pega-based healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare domain knowledge, expertise in business process analysis, and experience translating business needs into functional requirements for Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare business stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and process walkthroughs to understand current-state and future-state business processes.

• Translate business requirements into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

• Work closely with Pega developers, Pega System Architects, and solution architects to define business rules, workflows, case management requirements, and application functionality.

• Support Pega Healthcare implementations involving claims processing, member enrollment, provider management, prior authorization, care management, and other healthcare workflows.

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.

• Develop process maps, use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.

• Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

• Coordinate with QA teams to develop test scenarios, validate business requirements, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Track defects, manage requirement changes, and ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions.

• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, HIPAA requirements, and data privacy standards.

• Support production releases, implementation activities, end-user training, and post-deployment issue resolution.
