The Role

• Operate and monitor various packing and processing machinery to meet daily production targets.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth and efficient line performance.
• Contribute to quality control by performing product testing and maintaining high standards.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Participate in cleaning operations during changeovers and shutdowns.
• Embrace and apply Integrated Working System (IWS) principles.

What You'll Need

• Experience in manufacturing, ideally within the food industry.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to take ownership, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Effective teamwork skills, with the capacity to work independently when required.

• Flexibility to work a 3-shift rotation schedule.
