Beacon Pharmacist Application Analyst III

One of our California clients is looking for a new Beacon Pharmacist for a 6 month initial, hybrid contract to provide immediate Epic Beacon support for oncology and Research protocol work. This is a hands-on build role for a licensed pharmacist with current Epic Beacon certification who can independently configure and maintain treatment and Research protocols with minimal ramp-up.
Ideally they are looking for someone who is located in the Northern California (Bay Area, Sacramento, etc) to be able to travel onsite twice per week, though they are open to see remote contractors open to travel onsite one week per month.
Requirements:

• Active pharmacist license.
• Current Epic Beacon certification.
• Epic certification in Willow Inpatient or EpicCare Ambulatory.
• 2+ years of recent hands-on Epic Beacon build experience.
• Experience independently building and maintaining Beacon treatment protocols.
• Experience building or supporting Research protocols within Epic.
• Experience supporting oncology pharmacy workflows within Epic.
• Experience working with pharmacists, nurses, and clinical stakeholders to translate workflow requirements into Epic configuration.
• Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up and meet the Northern California hybrid schedule.

Preferred Requirements:

• Northern California residency, including the Bay Area, Sacramento, or surrounding markets.
• Experience supporting oncology implementation or extended go-live activities.
• Experience balancing project delivery with day-to-day Beacon operational support.
• Experience providing periodic onsite implementation support beyond the standard hybrid cadence.
