Senior Oracle HFM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) - OR - Remote, Argentina
Experience: 8+ years in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Oracle HFM Techno-Functional Consultant to support financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes. The consultant will work closely with Finance and IT teams to translate business requirements into HFM configurations, enhancements, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering for financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, ownership management, and financial reporting.
Configure and maintain HFM applications, including metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, consolidation rules, business rules, and security.
Develop and troubleshoot HFM rules using VBScript.
Manage data integration, mapping, validation, and reconciliation using FDMEE.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, resolving functional and technical issues.
Develop and maintain reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting and Smart View.
Troubleshoot data loads, consolidation failures, calculation issues, and application performance.
Collaborate with Finance teams on accounting requirements, including US GAAP and IFRS.
Support upgrades, migrations, testing, deployment, and application maintenance.
Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and user training materials.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience, including strong hands-on HFM expertise.
Experience delivering HFM implementations, enhancements, and production support.
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, intercompany accounting, and multicurrency reporting.
Hands-on experience with HFM metadata, rules, security, FDMEE, Financial Reporting, and Smart View.
Proficiency in VBScript and SQL for rule development, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
Ability to independently manage issues and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and HFM-to-FCCS migrations.
Familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP integrations.
Experience supporting global organizations with complex entity structures and multiple currencies.
Background in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related discipline.
