Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Process Automation professional with strong experience in business process analysis, process improvement, automation, and SAP.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to understand existing processes, identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and support process transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Support automation initiatives from requirement gathering through implementation and testing.
• Collaborate with SAP and technical teams on process-related initiatives.
• Prepare process flows, functional documentation, user stories, and business requirements.
• Participate in UAT, issue resolution, and implementation activities.
• Track project/process deliverables and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience in Business Process Analysis / Process Improvement
• Hands-on experience with Process Automation
• Strong SAP experience
• Requirements gathering and functional documentation
• Business process mapping and workflow analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or in project coordination is a plus.
• Experience with SAP transformation or process optimization projects.
• Experience with automation tools/platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote EMEA environment.
