Required
12+ years in benefits, including leadership of enterprise US health, welfare, and retirement programs; interim or consulting experience preferred.
Working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and nondiscrimination testing; experience with 401k audits and filings.
Vendor strategy and governance: renewals, RFPs, contract negotiation, and performance management.
Financial fluency: invoice reconciliation, budgeting, and cost-driver analysis with Finance.
Operating model and process improvement experience, ideally COE and shared services or tiered service delivery models.
Workday benefits experience, including eligibility files and vendor integrations.
Executive communication: able to deliver candid findings to senior leaders.
