Lead IDMC Consultant || Fort Worth,TX(Hybrid)

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica Multidomain MDM SaaS (IDMC) solutions.
- Design and configure Person/Contact and Member/Account master data domains.
- Build scalable data integration and data quality solutions using CDI, CDQ, and CAI.
- Configure business entities, relationships, hierarchies, crosswalks, survivorship, trust, validation, and golden-record rules.
- Integrate MDM solutions with enterprise platforms via APIs, Kafka, and databases.
- Develop batch, API-based, and event-driven data pipelines and integrations.
- Publish master data to downstream systems using Kafka, REST APIs, and other channels.
- Design and manage Kafka topics, event schemas, message structures, and error handling.
- Implement data stewardship workflows and duplicate management processes.
- Support security, RBAC, CI/CD, release management, and operational support for MDM solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to data quality, integrations, and performance.
- Create technical design documents and implementation artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready MDM solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, modeling, and data stewardship best practices.
- Stay updated with latest technologies in cloud, data engineering, and Informatica MDM ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Multidomain MDM SaaS (IDMC).
- Proven experience delivering at least one full production implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS.
- Strong skills in configuring Business 360 Console, CDI, CDQ, CAI, and reference data management.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and integrating with Kafka or similar platforms.
- Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, SQL, cloud data engineering, and enterprise data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and master data management practices.
- Engineering degree (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc) required; technical certifications preferred.
- Preferred experience in healthcare or membership domains and with AI-assisted development tools.
