About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Acquire enterprise customers and manage complex sales cycles from first engagement through contract signature.

  • Develop account and pipeline strategies for a defined group of enterprise accounts.

  • Build business cases that demonstrate measurable return on investment and strategic impact.

  • Lead executive demonstrations, workshops, negotiations, and procurement and legal processes.

  • Coordinate with product, solution engineering, marketing, customer value, and leadership teams to advance deals.

  • Share customer feedback and market insights, and help refine enterprise messaging, deal structures, and sales playbooks.

  • Use AI tools to research accounts, prepare executive conversations, and manage complex pipelines.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software sales.

  • Experience with value-based, business-case-led sales involving approximately €80,000 or larger annual contract values, or comparable deal complexity.

  • Experience managing sales cycles of 6 months or longer with multiple senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

  • Fluent German and strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

  • Practical familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or SPICED.

  • Startup experience or equivalent project complexity and a strong record in demanding environments.
