Job Description

In this unique role of Talent & People Advisor, you will support the organisation's Talent & People strategy by delivering end-to-end recruitment and HR generalist support, primarily for our EMEA customer base.

Working closely with managers across the EMEA business, you will provide guidance and initiate solutions in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee lifecycle processes, and HR best practices, helping to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

You will play a key role in supporting our Culligan EMEA team by attracting and introducing exceptional talent across various locations in the UK, while also partnering with managers to foster a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and introducing new ways of working, you will help ensure we continue to deliver a first-class service to both hiring managers and employees, supporting a high-performance and inclusive culture.

Recruitment:

  • To actively support hiring managers throughout each stage of our Culligan Talent recruitment process to ensure consistency in every hiring process.
  • Take ownership of multiple vacancies and manage all recruitment activity via our ATS (Workable).  Effectively screening, filtering and participating in interviews with hiring managers through to offer stage.
  • Optimise different tools available via ATS including AI tools, which provide a compelling  attraction experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies and initiate the applicable recruitment campaign.
  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the business through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, pre-employment checks and induction planning.
  • To continuously monitor and track market activity including job title trends, salaries, benefits and methods of advertising.
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment policies, employment legislation, and data protection requirements.

Advice & Support:

  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Support managers with employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary investigations, grievances, performance management, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Assist with organisational change projects, restructures, and workforce planning activities.
  • Instil Performance management culture and review process, with associated rating calibration.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with the broader people team to drive consistency, collaboration and creativity.
  • Engage in meaningful relationships within Europe and the US, (English speaking) hiring managers and Global people leaders to support applicable activity.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    • Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment sourcing tools.
    • Experience working in an internal Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Advisor, or People Advisor role.
    • Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation, HR policies, and best practice.
    • Practical experience managing employee relations (ER) matters, with a confident and professional approach.
    • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding, across multiple vacancies.
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication, influencing, and interviewing abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.
    • CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification is desirable.
