The Role

• Lead and motivate a passionate team to achieve excellence in childcare.
• Enhance educational programs and operational processes to ensure high-quality early years education.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant nursery environment meeting all regulatory standards (EYFS).
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
• Drive professional development for the team to provide exceptional care.

What You'll Need

• A Level 3 qualification in childcare (e.g., NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ).
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in an early years setting.
• Resourceful, commercially minded, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
