The Role

• Provide team leadership and contribute to the clinic's leadership team.
• Independently manage patient care within specialized areas, including individual and group therapies, ensuring high treatment quality.
• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary team comprising medical, psychological, and various therapeutic specialists.
• Ensure the continuity of individualized treatment plans and oversee case screening.
• Offer supervision, foster the professional development of the psychological service, and contribute to therapeutic program evolution.

What You'll Need

• Completed Psychology degree (Diploma or Master) and licensed as a Psychological Psychotherapist.
• Therapeutic training in Behavioral Therapy or Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Strong empathy, team spirit, and genuine passion for working with people.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, organizational talent, and a proactive approach to clinical and therapeutic development.
