Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - IT Project Management to lead and coordinate AI-related initiatives within a large, complex organization. This role will support technology for marketing and AI-related projects, including multilingual content, AI agents for web properties, and marketing support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and portfolio management, strategic planning, and a solid understanding of AI fundamentals, delivery, governance, and security. This position requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity and take a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage AI-related initiatives, including marketing support, multilingual content, and AI agents for web properties.
• Coordinate between technology/development teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support technology for marketing and AI-related initiatives within the organization.
• Work in Agile technology environments and oversee rapid prototyping efforts.
• Communicate effectively with developers and business stakeholders to bridge the gap between business and technology.
• Manage evolving initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders based in Ireland, requiring flexibility with working hours.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, delivery, and security standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in fields related to insurance or marketing.
• 5-7 years of experience in project/portfolio and strategic management.
• Experience working within a large, complex organization.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking a hands-on approach.
• Strong understanding of marketing business processes and CRM platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI fundamentals, delivery, governance, and security.
• Experience with Agile technology environments and rapid prototyping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across various levels of management.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay Range: $70 - $73
