Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ironclad Consultant/Developer with deep expertise in Ironclad CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and Salesforce (SFDC) integrations. The resource will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting the integration between Salesforce and Ironclad to enable seamless contract management processes and data exchange between both platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the Ironclad Salesforce Plugin, Ironclad workflows, contract automation, integrations, and CLM best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Ironclad Platform Expertise

• Configure and customize Ironclad workflows, approvals, and contract lifecycle processes.
• Design and implement contract generation, review, approval, execution, and repository workflows.
• Manage Ironclad settings, permissions, templates, clauses, metadata, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Ironclad platform issues.

Salesforce Integration

• Implement and support Ironclad-Salesforce integrations for bidirectional data exchange.
• Configure and maintain Ironclad Salesforce package/plugin.
• Design solutions for contract creation and management directly from Salesforce.
• Ensure synchronization of contract data, customer information, opportunity data, and status updates between systems.
• Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to optimize integration processes.

Integration & Technical Development

• Support integrations using:
  • Ironclad APIs
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Salesforce APIs
  • Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Zapier, etc.)
• Design secure and scalable integration architectures.

 

Business Process & Stakeholder Management

• Gather business requirements from Legal, Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead workshops and solution design discussions.
• Provide recommendations for CLM process improvements and automation.

Required Skills

Ironclad

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Ironclad Workflow Designer
  • Contract repository management
  • Approval processes
  • Contract templates and clause libraries
  • Ironclad API integrations
  • Ironclad Salesforce integration package

Salesforce

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Opportunities
  • Accounts & Contacts
  • Custom Objects
  • Flows
  • Apex (preferred)
  • Salesforce integration patterns

Integration Technologies

• REST APIs
• JSON/XML
• OAuth Authentication
• Webhooks
• Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato)
• ETL/Data mapping concepts

Contract Lifecycle Management

• Deep understanding of:
  • Contract creation
  • Legal review processes
  • Approval workflows
  • Contract negotiations
  • Electronic signatures (DocuSign, Adobe Sign)
  • Contract compliance and governance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise CLM solutions.
• Experience with DocuSign or Adobe Sign integrations.
• Prior work with Legal Operations teams in US organizations.
• Knowledge of SaaS application integration architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Ironclad implementation experience highly preferred.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated Ironclad experience.
• Multiple end-to-end Ironclad implementation projects.
• Proven experience integrating Ironclad with Salesforce in production environments.
• Experience supporting US-based business and legal teams.
