Electrical Maintenance Engineer Description We are hiring for our client, a top-tier employer in the Portadown area, seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join its established engineering team. The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will support planned and reactive maintenance activities while contributing to continuous improvement and engineering projects across the site. Top 3 Things to Know About This Job Salary of £50,000-£52,000 Eight-hour rotating shifts, Monday to Friday only Top-tier employer with an excellent benefits package The Role As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Completing planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance Diagnosing faults and minimising production downtime Maintaining motors, drives, control panels, sensors and automated equipment Supporting fault-finding on PLC-controlled machinery Assisting with equipment installations, upgrades and improvement projects Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance Maintaining accurate engineering and maintenance records Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health and safety procedures The Person The successful candidate will have: A level 3 qualification in an electrical related discipline Previous electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities Experience working with electrical equipment including PLC, control panels, drives etc The ability to complete both planned and reactive maintenance A safety-conscious and dependable approach Strong communication and teamwork skills The Rewards Annual package of £50,000-£52,000 Excellent benefits Monday-to-Friday working pattern Opportunity to join a highly regarded employer Modern and well-invested working environment Long-term career development opportunities Supportive engineering and operations team Next Steps For further information and to apply for this Electrical Maintenance Engineer job, please contact Matthew Bell.
