Job Description

As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist you will take the lead, in your clinical area of expertise, for the delivery, co-ordination, expertise and clinical skills needed to provide care to people who would previously have required hospital-based treatment.

Advanced Clinical Pharmacist BMT 

The Transplant Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic. This individual serves as a resource for the BMT/Cellular Therapy, the interdisciplinary team, and other pharmacists. Duties will include the coordination, education, and medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, with oversight of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects. Additional duties will include the coordination and application of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, with management of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects. Participation on multi-disciplinary rounds including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation will be performed.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) Required!

EXPERIENCE:

• Looking for a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) – Completed a residency in this area and has a few years of RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR) Pharmacist in an acute hospital setting * MUST HAVE ONCOLOGY and BMT EXPERIENCE
• Candidates MUST HAVE TCT, CAR-T, or BMT EXPERIENCE
• Must have FL Pharmacy License.
