Senior Manager P&C Insurance Analytics

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager Insurance Analytics & AI to lead high-impact analytics and AI initiatives for Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance clients. This role combines client engagement, strategic leadership, and hands-on analytics expertise to deliver data-driven solutions across Claims, Underwriting, and Pricing functions. The ideal candidate will have deep insurance domain expertise, strong consulting experience, and a proven track record of leading analytics teams and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and AI initiatives for P&C Insurance clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business challenges into analytics solutions.
• Define and drive analytics strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Lead projects across Claims, Underwriting, and Pricing analytics.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of dashboards, predictive models, and AI solutions.
• Mentor and lead high-performing analytics teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders.
• Support business development, proposals, and client growth opportunities.
• Drive innovation through AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in Data Analytics with a strong focus on P&C Insurance.
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting or analytics leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Claims, Underwriting, and Pricing Analytics.
• Advanced hands-on experience with SQL and SAS.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of analytics frameworks, data modeling, and business intelligence.
• Experience leading analytics teams and managing project delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI use cases.
• Experience in insurance consulting or advisory environments.
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and advanced analytics techniques.
