The Role

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-food products from multi-level rack storage systems to fulfill customer orders.
• Place items on pallets, move completed orders to the loading dock staging area, and prepare them for shipment.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards, ensuring efficient product flow.
• Work in various temperature zones, including dry, cooler, and freezer sections.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards while performing assigned duties.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6-12 months of previous warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Ability to lift and stack product ranging from 10-35 pounds frequently, and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including required overtime.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.
