Job Description

Essnova Solutions, Inc. is an SBA 8(a) and HUBZone-certified small business federal contractor, delivering technology and professional services to government and commercial clients. As a Receptionist I, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of federal offices, specifically at CSOSA locations in the Washington, DC metro area. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing front-office reception and customer service support in a federal office setting
  • Managing administrative and general office tasks to maintain efficient operations
  • Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and staff both in-person and over the phone
  • Handling written business communications such as emails, memos, and correspondence
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at the front desk
  • Supporting day-to-day office functions and collaborating with team members
  • Ensuring compliance with federal office protocols and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional front-office reception or front desk support experience
  • Professional administrative or general office support experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (in-person and/or phone-based)
  • Professional experience handling written business communications (emails, memos, correspondence)
  • Professional experience handling verbal communications with visitors/customers in a front-office environment
  • Ability to commute to CSOSA locations across the Washington, DC metro area as needed
  • Salary expectation within $38,000–$45,000 per year

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Federal or public sector administrative or customer service experience
  • Current residency in the Washington, DC / DMV area
