Utilities Planner | Bolton, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom | On-site

The Role

  • Take ownership of workstreams from receipt through to job completion, coordinating all aspects of planning and streetworks.
  • Schedule work orders in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), optimizing routes and enhancing productivity.
  • Proactively identify and address potential noticing issues to ensure smooth coordination with utilities and minimize challenges.
  • Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into works management systems, ensuring all issues are recorded and escalated.
  • Ensure client and operational requirements are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare and provide daily and weekly reports to track progress against service levels and objectives.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in a planning or coordination role is essential.
  • Ideally, prior experience working within the utilities sector.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload, multitask effectively, and perform under tight deadlines.
