The Role
- Take ownership of workstreams from receipt through to job completion, coordinating all aspects of planning and streetworks.
- Schedule work orders in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), optimizing routes and enhancing productivity.
- Proactively identify and address potential noticing issues to ensure smooth coordination with utilities and minimize challenges.
- Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into works management systems, ensuring all issues are recorded and escalated.
- Ensure client and operational requirements are met efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare and provide daily and weekly reports to track progress against service levels and objectives.
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in a planning or coordination role is essential.
- Ideally, prior experience working within the utilities sector.
