The Role

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retail partners, focusing on enhancing shopper experiences.
• Build product displays, end caps, and manage shelf resets with attention to product rotation.
• Track inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability and maximize sales opportunities.
• Engage with customers and store management to ensure brand representation and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers and retailers to align on merchandising strategies and sales goals.

What You'll Need

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving merchandise.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Possess reliable transportation to travel to various work locations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
