Location: Tysons, VA (can be remote if someone is really solid)
Duration: 9+ months
- Demonstrated understanding of the multifamily loan market with respect to:
- Underwriting, valuation, or appraisal process for multifamily real estate
- Underwriting, valuation, or appraisal standards for multifamily real estate
- Underwriting, valuation, or appraisal expertise with the following products:
- Conventional multifamily
- Targeted Affordable Housing
- Seniors Housing o Student Housing
