The Role

• Act as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow management.
• Lead and guide the team in part-time responsibility, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage all aspects of sales floor and stockroom operations.
• Perform tasks including goods receipt checks, stock arrangement, and expiry date monitoring.
• Ensure freshness and presentation of produce, fruits, and baked goods.
• Handle cashier duties, stockroom tasks, and cleaning responsibilities.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in retail, or equivalent professional experience.
• Friendly demeanor and a passion for customer interaction.
• A hands-on approach, with dedication and meticulous attention to detail.

• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
